• First enlargement: 1955
• First renewal: 1987
• Last enlargement and renewal: 1996-97 (Garage, swimming-pool, 4th and 5th floor, fulfillment of the EEC requirements with particular attention to ecological materials)
• Season 2002: Electric car (3) available gratis for our guests. New furniture in 18 rooms
• Season 2003: New furniture in 5 connecting-rooms and in 3 standard room
• Season 2004: Digital camera for our guest. Heated Swimmingpool
• Season 2005: new forniture in 18 rooms. Now, all rooms have been renewed
• Season 2007: according to ISO (international standards organization) we begin the process of certification of service. A step towards the total quality
• Season 2008: All rooms equipped with tv color LCD
• Season 2009: Wilreless Adsl free for our guests (from May)
• Season’s new 2010: German quality certification “Service Q Deutschland”
• Future: Enlargment of 5th and 6th floor. Work in progress for the project
